With over 17 years of experience in housing, Mark brings valuable knowledge of social housing, housing systems and the practical realities of meeting accommodation needs. He specialises in identifying and evaluating property investment opportunities, helping investors explore options aligned with their objectives and wider property strategies.
Katrina Thomas
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, INVESTMENT & CHILDREN SERVICES
With over 19 years of experience across children’s services and social care, Katrina understands the importance of safeguarding, stability and safe, suitable accommodation. Combined with her hands-on landlord and property management experience, she brings a people-centred approach and practical knowledge to managing homes and exploring property opportunities.
